Positive: Apartment is comfortable, all appliances are working, very good connection by tram to city center, LIDL supermarket just around the corner. Apartment manager is reliable and answers quickly when asking for information. Negative: The apartment was not sufficiently, it looks like no deep cleaning was done before check in. Unfortunately this was not pleasant but generally is a good place to stay to visit Prague and it's quite close to city center.

Check for an alternative in the same area Positive: The location was actually great, there was a Lidl right next to the building and there was a stop that took us to the main points of the city directly. The interior was also good and the balcony was great. Negative: The floor was not clean at all, having strangers hair and dust all over it, the dishes looked like they were never cleaned, which would have been fine if we atleast had hot water, but 3 out of the 5 days we stayed there we had no hot or even warm water so we couldn’t even shower properly, when I texted the lady she said “It should come back shortly” and it never did.

Recommendable Positive: Thorough check in instructions, close to public transport, Lidl was practically in the basement. Everything was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. Questions we had were really fast answered, overall a very pleasant experience. We will definitely book again in the future. Nice view too, sadly we arrived a bit too early for the color change. Negative: More a personal choice issue, but since traveling with my daughter the double duvet wasn't really useful to us, 2 single duvets would have been better. I absolutely hated the stovetop. I'm used to buttons not the touch keys, thankfully my daughter could work them otherwise there wouldn't have been any breakfast.

Positive: Есть все необходимое, включая средства гигиены. Представитель апартаментов была на связи. Заселение прошло без проблем, хотя не сразу сориентировались как подъехать к парковке. В целом, впечатления положительные. Особо хочу отметить удачное расположение к остановке трамвая. Добираться в центр было очень удобно и быстро. Negative: Окно из комнаты выходит на дорогу. Движение оживленное, из-за этого при открытом балконе достаточно шумно и выхлопы от машин. Мы были в сентябре и это не столь критично. Но думаю, летом это доставит больше неудобств.
