200Mb WIFI, Supermarket On-site, 12min City Center

Highly recommend for any type of stay (short or long) Positive: Good location with supermarket in the building, all what you can need for leaving as at home in the property (iron with desk, cleaning stuff, washing machine, kitchen equipment for normal cooking), comfortable bed, sweet balcony, by one word excellent! Negative: I stayed for 10 days and needed to wash towels and bedsheets and the quality of soaps and detergent was poor as after washing they didn’t smell clean or washed

Clean and nice Positive: Everything. 10-15 mins from the city center by tram. Clean, and kozy Negative: Nothing

Recommended! Positive: Excellent! Very good location - tram stop a few minutes away and supermarket in the building! Negative: n/a
