AVOID. Horrible accommodation and terrible management Positive: Absolutely nothing. The apartment was filthy, poorly maintained and the bed was in an unacceptable condition. The management was completely unhelpful, refused to take responsibility or provide a reasonable solution, and ultimately stopped responding. Most seriously, someone entered our apartment without notice or permission while we were still staying there. An unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience. Negative: Absolutely unacceptable experience. The apartment had clearly not been properly cleaned. We found hair, dirt, dust and debris in several areas, a filthy oven with food residue inside, spilled food/sauce in the refrigerator and generally very poor cleaning standards. The bed was particularly unacceptable: the mattress was visibly bent and deformed, and the pillows were yellow, stained and extremely worn out. We documented everything extensively with photos and reported it immediately. However, the worst part was how the property handled our complaint. Despite all the photographic evidence, they took responsibility for absolutely nothing. They did not properly clean the apartment, replace or resolve the condition of the bed, offer another apartment or refund the two remaining nights so we could leave. Their proposed solution was a 10% discount while expecting us to continue staying in exactly the same conditions. Because they refused to refund the remaining nights, leaving would have meant losing more than €200 and paying for another accommodation ourselves, so we had no reasonable option but to stay. We spent hours trying to resolve the situation and contacted Booking.com several times. Even the discounts/compensation that were mentioned were never actually applied. Eventually, the property simply stopped responding to us. But the most serious incident happened DURING OUR CONFIRMED STAY: someone from the property opened the apartment door without any prior notice because they apparently assumed we had already left. This was not after check-out. Our reservation was still active and we were still occupying the apartment. Nobody called us, messaged us or asked for permission. They simply opened the door. For us, this crossed a completely different line regarding privacy and security. The problem was not simply that the apartment was dirty. We reported serious issues, provided extensive photographic evidence and spent hours trying to find a solution.

Одлична локација Positive: Одлично сместување и пријатно искуство во Прага. Апартманот беше чист, уреден и добро опремен, со сè што ни беше потребно за престојот. Локацијата е одлична и добро поврзана со јавниот превоз, па лесно стигнувавме до главните знаменитости и центарот на градот. Домаќинката беше љубезна, коректна и достапна за сè што ни требаше. Сè беше организирано како што беше наведено во описот, без непријатни изненадувања. Со задоволство би го одбрале ова сместување повторно доколку повторно дојдеме во Прага. Искрена препорака! Positive: Bardzo duże przestronne, czyste mieszkanie, miało wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo blisko market i przystanek autobusowy, tramwajowy. Negative: Nie ma takiej rzeczy

It was ideal for our requirements. 4 nights. Would certainly stay again if in Prague. Positive: Close to trams. Lidl downstairs. Balcony. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Negative: Glass screen on balcony dirty.

Pulizia e posizione strategica Positive: Appartamento molto carino e pulito situato in una zona ben collegata. Sotto c'è un Lidl e la fermata è proprio a due passi. Negative: Mancanza di un fornetto e soprattutto di olio, spezie, un rotolone asciugatutto. Cose che non puoi comprare se stai solo due giorni e che ho sempre trovato negli appartamenti in cui sono stata.
