Comfortable apartment close to the center Positive: Everything was excellent—both the apartment itself and its location. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a convenient kitchen where you can prepare meals, as well as a large, comfortable bathroom. Amenities include a hairdryer, an iron, and a coffee machine. There is excellent internet and a large balcony. The check-in and check-out processes were simple. There is a Lidl supermarket in the same building, and a tram stop is just a minute's walk away; you can reach almost anywhere in the city center via tram line 9. This is my second time staying at this residence, and I am very pleased. Negative: Everything is fine :)

A good choice to enjoy the city Positive: Good location with easy access to public transport + Lidl in 50 meters Functional kitchen and bathroom with every little details Comfortable bed A very modern building Easy check-in check-out Smooth communication with the host Negative: It is a summer specific issue but if you stay there during summer (especially in heatwave) know that it'll get pretty hot. The host provides a fan but it's industrial type floor fan so not very convenient to use. It gets noisy during the night if you sleep with an open door.

Great place, love it. But would not stay again, because of road noise. Positive: Great Flat with all amenities you need, clean, newer. Washer, TV… Negative: 4th floor Flat that faces very busy road into Prague. You have to keep the windows closed, in order to sleep and keep sanity. This not ideal during warm months, otherwise it would not matter. Could use more dishes and silverware. Maybe a oscillating fan, instead of a floor fan.
